- Cancellations – You can cancel your booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time without any charges. Cancellations made after this period may incur a service fee.
- Refunds – If you have prepaid for a service and cancel within the allowed time, your payment will be refunded within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
- No-Show – If our technician arrives at your location and you are unavailable, the booking will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued.
- Service Issues – If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.
